William Greiner, born 1957 in New Orleans, USA

William Greiner studied color photography in Boston. His art work mainly
focusses on scenes that tell stories about the social and cultural life in the
U.S. In his image for the Art Edition 32nd America’s Cup, William Greiner
untertakes a game with perception and the senses by distorting the shape
of the depicted sailing boat to achieve a striking luminous intensity.

Greiner’s works can be found in most major photo museums as well as in
selected private collections around the world.
